100 MW Photovoltaic Energy Storage Project in Xiyang
Recently, China Nengjian Investment Company invested in the construction, and Shanxi Dianjian EPC contracted the Xiyang 100 MW photovoltaic project for full-capacity grid-connected power generation.
This project is the first new energy power station in Shanxi Province to realize the "photovoltaic+energy storage" combined primary frequency modulation control technology. The power station fully uses the charging and discharging replacement function of the energy storage system and the fast response characteristics of millisecond power so that it changes from "adapting to the power grid operation" to "supporting the power grid operation".
After the project is put into production, the average annual power generation is about 160 million kWh, and the average annual equivalent reduction of standard coal consumption is 60,000 tons. The full-capacity grid connection of the project will provide strong support for Shanxi's power supply this winter and next spring, help alleviate the local structural power shortage pressure, and is of great significance for balancing the power supply capacity in the region and improving the peak shaving capacity.
