Recently, Wind, a renowned financial information service provider, announced its latest annual ESG ratings. Sunwoda distinguished itself among numerous participating companies by earning an "AA" rating. As one of the top 0.9% of A+H share listed companies in the electrical equipment sector, Sunwoda ranked second among 332 participating companies, becoming one of only two companies to receive an AA rating and the sole representative of the lithium battery industry.
Since its launch in 2021, the Wind ESG rating system has garnered significant market attention, covering over 10,000 A-share and Hong Kong-listed companies. This rating has become a crucial benchmark for assessing a company's sustainable development capabilities. According to the "Wind ESG Rating Methodology," companies awarded an AA rating are characterized by "high management standards, low ESG risks, and strong sustainable development capabilities." In the latest ratings, Sunwoda achieved an overall ESG score of 8.09, excelling in all three dimensions of environment, social, and governance, significantly outperforming the industry average.
As global economic challenges become increasingly severe, ESG is gradually becoming a new engine for corporate innovation and strategic development. This rating result is a recognition of Sunwoda's current sustainable development efforts by a leading domestic ESG rating institution. Looking ahead, Sunwoda will continue to deepen its commitment to ESG principles and practices, constantly improving its sustainable development level.
