CALB 314Ah energy storage products at All-Energy prensents
On 25th-26th October, Beijing time, All-Energy, the world's leading energy storage exhibition, was grandly held in Australia. Following the debut of the world's first mass-produced 314Ah energy storage products at the Re+ exhibition in the U.S., CALB appeared in Melbourne with several core products and solutions for energy storage application scenarios, such as large-scale electric power, industrial and commercial, household storage, and marine use, and so on.
After getting hot attention from industry users, experts, and media at Re+ in the US, CALB continues to bring its products to the Australian market.
Facing the field of large-scale power and large-scale industrial and commercial energy storage, based on the CALBL173 core product platform, after upgrading the 280Ah core to 314Ah lithium iron phosphate battery for energy storage without changing the size specification and successfully realizing the world's first mass production and delivery, the company has developed a 20-foot, liquid-cooled 5.016MWh product for the power station-level energy storage system. Compared with the previous generation of products, the volume energy density of the system has been increased by 34%, and it adopts intelligent configuration regulation and advanced thermal management strategy, which can achieve a 20% reduction in self-consumption of electricity; through the high-efficiency thermal management technology, together with the new generation of 314Ah batteries for energy storage, it can achieve an increase in the rate of the system's usable electricity by 5%, and the system's lifespan has been increased to more than 12,000 times, with the cost of kWh dropping by more than 15%.
In addition, CALB's industrial and commercial energy storage systems and household energy storage solutions received hot attention at the exhibition in Australia.
CALB's industrial and commercial energy storage system solution adopts single-cabinet solution to avoid the problem of circulating current; integrates CALB's highly stable and customizable LiFePO4 batteries, with a service life of up to 15 years; zoned safety isolation, active safety warning unit and other multilevel protections; single-cabinet can be integrated with PCS and EMS; single-cabinet can be liquid-cooled up to 373kWh, and air-cooled up to 215kWh, with low loss and 95% efficiency, up to 1P charge and discharge. 95% efficiency, up to 1P charging and discharging to support peak frequency regulation, harmonic control, and part of the wind storage and storage of high-performance application scenarios. It can be widely used in high-speed service areas, charging stations, supermarkets, government buildings, and industrial parks.
As a solution for peak shaving and valley filling, CALB Household launched a variety of long-life products such as 100Ah, 72Ah, 54Ah, etc. The energy storage system is fully modular to facilitate the expansion of capacity, and a 5kWh expandable customized solution has been launched according to customers' needs, which reduces customers' electricity expenditure and matches the optimal acquisition cost of the customer; the adoption of a high-security fire protection system, which is environmentally friendly and safe, and takes into account the thermal runaway, temperature reduction and suppression of re-ignition, and provides a good solution for the customer to reduce their electricity expenses.
